Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the website located at junknhaulsandiego.com or requesting services from Junk N Haul San Diego (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Junk N Haul San Diego provides junk removal, hauling, demolition, concrete removal, artificial turf installation, paver installation, epoxy flooring, palm tree trimming and removal, and fence installation and repair services in San Diego County, California.

All services are subject to a free, no-obligation estimate prior to commencement of work. No work will begin until you have reviewed and agreed to the quoted price. Prices are based on conditions observed at the time of the estimate; changes in scope or site conditions may affect the final price, which will be communicated before additional work proceeds.

2. Quotes and Payment

  • Estimates provided by Junk N Haul San Diego are free and non-binding until you accept them.
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept common payment methods including cash, check, and digital payment platforms. Accepted methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Prices quoted are for the specific scope of work described. Changes in scope may require a revised estimate.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window. Factors outside our control (traffic, weather, prior job overruns) may occasionally cause delays. We will contact you as soon as possible if we expect to be significantly late.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice if work has already been mobilized.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By booking a service, you confirm that:

  • You are the owner of the property or have authorization from the property owner to have the work performed.
  • You will identify any items, areas, or utilities that should not be disturbed before work begins.
  • You will ensure safe access to the work area for our crew and vehicles.
  • Items presented for removal are legally owned by you or you have authorization to dispose of them.

5. Prohibited Items

We do not haul or dispose of hazardous materials, including but not limited to: wet paint, solvents, chemicals, pesticides, asbestos-containing materials, medical waste, or other regulated substances. Presenting prohibited items for removal may result in refusal of service without penalty to us.

6. Limitation of Liability

Junk N Haul San Diego carries general liability insurance and takes care to protect your property during all work. In the event of accidental damage caused by our crew, please notify us promptly and we will work with you to address it in good faith.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage to items not disclosed to us, or damage resulting from conditions beyond our reasonable control.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

7. Warranty and Workmanship

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue. This is our commitment to you as a local, owner-operated business.

Warranty coverage for installation services (turf, pavers, epoxy flooring, fencing) will be described in writing at the time of your estimate. No verbal warranty representations are binding unless confirmed in writing.

8. SMS / Text Message Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our quote form, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Junk N Haul San Diego regarding your service request, estimates, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Junk N Haul San Diego and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
